Network Liaison is a platform that facilitates expert connections between individuals and organizations who have agreed to assemble through the collaborative effort of this service.
A Network Liaison Program Participant (NLPP) is an individual, group-consortium, organization, association, and/or professional entity seeking to connect with another entity with common interests to improve the wellbeing of others.
A Network Liaison Program Participant (NLPP) has allocated time to allow for an education event. Scheduled meeting events have been designed to meet personal, professional and organization goals. All educational events support NLPP specific learning objectives and agendas. NLPP preferences include specific topics for discussion, length of time allowed for the education interaction, date, time, and platform preference.
Network Liaison has been chosen by the NLPP as the preferred service for educational events. The goal, for medical clinic/office/department/administration/front-desks is to prioritize patient care and individual workload while avoiding unnecessary interruptions. Therefore, all education requests have been redirected to Network Liaison on behalf of the NLPP to coordinate approved educational events.
Once registration is complete Network Liaison will confirm the registration thru email. The confirmation email for the educational event will include time, date, platform and if applicable the onsite address. The NLPP at all times will determine their preference for virtual or in-person educational events.
Network Liaison is a connection service and does not provide any medical information or medical advice. All information shared between the agreeing parties while connected by Network Liaison will remain confidential.
Network Liaison assumes no responsibility for participating parties who agree to connect through networkliaison.org. This includes but not exclusive to those in their care, or those potentially to be under their care. Network Liaison is not responsible for NPP nor Industry, Representative(s), Medical, and/or other Supportive Business Segments in anyway nor responsible for specifics related to outside of networkliaison.org domain related to external industry and/or organization/facility/employer rules, regulation, compliance, and individual company requirements. Any FDA rules/regulations, AE reporting, HIPPA consideration are the full responsibility each party as defined by their individual organization/facility/employer.

No Refund Policy
All sponsorships and host/attendance fees are final and non-refundable. The fees associated with your purchases will appear on your Active Credit Card statement through the identifier NL sponsorship and/or host/attendance fee.
No CancelLation Policy
All registrations are final and will not be rescheduled. If the registered participant cannot make the scheduled event, a "same company" participant may attend in place of the confirmed attendee. Please notify [email protected] via email of the change with in 72 hours of the confirmed education event.
In the email provide the following:
- An explanation for the change
- Provide the full name and company email of the person to replace original registered attendee
- Include phone number of person to replace original registered attendee
- Provide the name of company and product to be discussed as a result of this change
Subject to Change Policy
Meeting can be subject to change by account/provider without notification to include: cancellation, reschedule, date change, URL link change and/or time change. All reasonable steps will be taken to accommodate unforeseen changes.
No guarantee Policy
NLPP attendance will vary and a minimum number of attendees cannot be guaranteed.
